Who is Sarven Gul?

I am a real estate agent with Royal Lepage Real Estate Services Ltd. Most importantly, I am someone that understands your journey as a potential homeowner.

I am a real estate agent who’s passionate about helping my customers. Having worked in the competitive retail industry, I know the demands of the job.

In my spare time, I love playing soccer with my son, going for a swim, and watching the latest movies. I am fluent in English, Armenian and Turkish. My language skills are a valuable asset and allow me to forge a deeper connection with clients in their mother tongue.

Architecture fascinates me. Whenever I am strolling down a street, city or a new place, I always look at the architectural elements of structures. Every building is a balance between space, design and the architect’s vision. From merely a blueprint on paper to building a physical structure requires understanding of who will someday occupy the space.  The people living in these buildings each have their story and ideas about how they want their home to be. This inspired me to become a real estate agent and work with people so that they can find a place that they can call their own.

A common denominator between being a sales person and being a real estate agent is the ability to build rapport with customers and make sure they are satisfied with the purchases they have made. My experiences as a sales representative have allowed me to master this skill, putting me ahead of most new realtors who are perhaps only interested in making a quick commission. I believe in building a relationship with my clients.
